The Challenge

A mid sized firm with 5,000 employees had a reasonably complex HR business process due to the nature of its industry, but had only two full time IT employees supporting its entire Workday suite. The IT team had many ad-hoc requests from Business asking for new functionality and few but intermittent issues with integrations. The employees did not have the bandwidth or expertise to handle all of these.


The Solution

Agilysis engaged with the client on a retainer model to provide expertise on demand and as needed through its team of Workday experts. Each request from the client was routed to the appropriate expert who would then provide the necessary solution to the client; whether it involved business process configuration help or troubleshooting failed integrations.


The Result

The client received the benefit of having diverse Workday expertise available on demand with a nominal monthly fee commitment.
